TotalVid has launched the first web site where skiers and ski fans can legally download the most popular full-length videos (average length is 45 minutes) to their PCs. Currently, TotalVid is the only place where you can download quality skate videos starting at $1.99. The price varies depending on how recent the video is.
The best thing about TotalVid, according to Mary Ray, TotalVid's VP of Marketing, "For the much less then you'd spend on baskets for your poles, you can rent a killer 45-minute video download. We're the only place you can download a full-length ski video and watch it in the same sitting. Plus, there's no DVD or VHS tape to return. You watch the video on your PC, and then after 7-days the video download expires automatically."
When users download a video, they are effectively renting the videos for 7-days. The unique difference with this rental model is that users don't have to worry about returning videos. Access to the video download automatically expires after 7-days.
"We created this business to give people more choice at better prices. Before TotalVid, purchasing videos was inconvenient and expensive. Now customers can view the most popular full-length videos for a low price," says Karl Quist, TotalVid General Manager.
While users can rent video downloads for less than $4, TotalVid will sell hard copies of their titles to customers who want to own the video in a traditional DVD or VHS format. TotalVid is constantly adding new videos to its video download library, which is already full of hundreds of hours of video. For more information please visit: www.totalvid.com
