The 2012 U.S. Ski Mountaineering Championships went off Saturday up in Jackson Hole, Wyo., featuring a course that crisscrossed the resort with 8,000-feet of climbing and descent. More 80 racers participated across five divisions, with Luke Nelson taking the men’s title in 2 hours, 38:58 minutes, and Sari Anderson winning for women (3:04:13).
