JHMR, in collaboration with Snow Park Technologies, has built four Burton Stash Parks that incorporate natural features and native materials to create ramps, rails and jumps in “stashed locations” across the mountain. These eco-driven Stash Parks enhance the mountain’s rowdy terrain making Jackson Hole No. 1 in the U.S. for creative big mountain riding.
If it’s a powder day, get to the Tram early. Your feet will be cold from waiting in the frigid Wyoming air, but it’ll be worth it to get the run of your life. From the summit, the most direct shot is Rendezvous Bowl to the Hobacks or Lower Faces, which offer thousands of feet of consistently steep terrain. After the mountain gets tracked, stay up high on Sublette or Thunder, lapping the steep and technical Alta and Mushroom chutes, respectively. For anything out of bounds, be prepared, or don’t go if you don’t know. It’s that serious.
