WINDELLS SESSION 4: Keeping it real
TANNER HALL is coming into town this Wednesday at the start of session five. Teton Gravity Research’s Dylan Hood will be returning as a coach. Mahre and Fujas will be back at some point, along with Benchetler—but only if the weather and snow conditions stay nice for him. The highlight of next session is Eric Pollard tying the knot with snowboarder Erin Valverde on July 29th.
For next session campers can expect some new features. Head coach Travis Erdmann said, “This is the time of year where the diggers start to get creative and change things. Expect some wicked sick new stuff.” He also wants to make everyone aware that his 11-week old son, Oscar, already has his backside 180 down so watch out. But Oscar’s true passion is the powder; he’s looking for that first 4” day next season, which for him will be waist deep.
