Canyons To Open Early

The Canyons Resort will open for the 2003/2004 Season this Friday, November 17th, one week earlier than originally planned. Beginning Friday, The Canyons will be open 7-days a week from 9am until 4pm. The Flight of The Canyons gondola, Saddleback Express, High Meadow and Snow Canyon Express will all be operating on opening day. Tombstone Express and Super Condor Express may open over the weekend, or the following week, depending on snow conditions.
The Canyons received 8 inches of snow overnight, and 11 inches of snow in the past 48 hours, bringing the mid-mountain snow depth to 30 inches.
