TGR FILM SHOOT LIVE AT STEVENS PASS
Nearly Entire TGR Crew in Washington’s Cascadia for Annual Park Shoot

We’re in Bavaria-ville and TGR’s the mayor. Or something like that. Nearly the entire TGR crew of filmers, photographers, and athletes are here in beautiful Leavenworth, Washington, for the annual TGR May park shoot at Stevens Pass Ski Area in the Cascades of northwest Washington.

With a helicopter flying alongside such athletes as Tanner Hall, Sage Cattabriga-Alosa, Dana Flahr, Dash Longe, Dylan Hood, Wiley Miller, and Alex Schlopy, TGR has gathered two days of quality footage for its 2009 film Re: Session. TGR co-founder Todd Jones and crew viewed footage from the last few days of his filming from the heli using the new Oakley Red camera. Always a unique angle with the heli flying next to and above the athlete, the Oakley Red makes the shot even more invasive as you feel like you're hanging in the air directly next to the skier watching his eyes and every move.

Despite it being May 12th, winter doesn’t want to allow spring and summer to return as snow falls up high at Stevens Pass forcing the crew to wait out the weather for day number two in a row. But with an eager and super hospitable crew of Stevens and Leavenworth locals, the Bavarian town nestled amongst the Cascades and Wenatchee River plays home offering up a multitude of down-day adventures.
