TGR Announces V.I.O POV of the Year Contest

V.I.O. Inc. Chooses TGR’s TetonGravity.com to Host Online Video Contest
Jackson Hole, WY (Summer 2009) – Teton Gravity Research is proud to partner with point-of-view (POV) video leader V.I.O., Inc. on the recently launched “V.I.O. POV of the Year Contest.” The contest will be administered and shared on TGR’s recently re-designed website TetonGravity.com and will be judged by TGR athlete and award-winning POV connoisseur, Sage Cattabriga-Alosa.

The contest, which will run July 1, 2009 – August 7, 2009 on TetonGravity.com, encourages anyone with point-of-view camera footage to submit videos that will be shared online and potentially win a Grand Prize of a V.I.O. POV.1.5 Ultimate Package (combined value of over $1,000 in state-of-the-art V.I.O. camera and accessories). Rules are simple: 1) All entries must contain POV footage; 2) Footage must be of skiing or snowboarding; 3) Entries can contain non POV footage, but will not be judged on that footage; 4) The clip that contains the best POV footage takes the prize; and 5) The footage must be yours 6) There is no limit to the number of entries you can submit.
