Skiing at Silverton

The recent storm brought loads of moisture to Silverton Mountain and snow on the ski runs! The ski patrol went out to check the conditions today finding good powder skiing at the higher elevations. The snow was accumulating above 12,000’ and the skiing fun!

Silverton Mountain is the highest elevation ski area in North America so early season storms can make for some great turns. Opening Day is slated for Dec 4th but could be bumped up if this trend continues.
