Fernie, British Columbia – November 22, 2010 – With over 100cm of snow in the past 7 days, Fernie Alpine Resort will proudly be open this weekend, Nov. 27-28, for skiing and snowboarding. An estimated 44 runs will be open and 4 chairlifts: Elk Quad, Great Bear Express, Boomerang Triple, and Haul Back T-bar.
