I favor a slightly wider park ski. Coming in at 95mm in the waist, the Atomic Patent doesn’t feel awkward when I get on it in the spring after a winter spent mostly on pow skis. Completely symmetrical, they feel just as solid skiing switch as they do forward. The traditional camber combined with a medium flex provides the pop I look for, making it ideal for ollies and carving off the lip. Atomic’s stepdown sidewall also helps soften up the tips and tails to press all the way through the rail.
